Since our founding in 1981, hundreds of students and their families have passed through the doors of Canberra Montessori. In addition, we have former staff, volunteers and members of the broader community who all hold a special spot for CMS.
The Friends of CMS program enables the School and Society to keep in contact with the increasing community of people who have been involved with us over the decades. The Friends program allows us to:
- keep up to date with the progress and achievements of past students
- give our Friends the opportunity to stay involved with current school activities, like our Spring Fair and other social and fundraising events
- hold events specifically for Friends, to help them stay connected with their peer group from CMS
- provide our Friends with ways to continue to support the growth and development of the school and help new students enjoy all that CMS has to offer.
