The last AGM was held on 20 March, 2018.
At the AGM, the Annual Report, Audited Financial Statements (reporting the $227k surplus from 2017, a first for many years) and previous minutes were all adopted. The CMS membership fee was raised for the first time in many years (to $70 per calendar year) and the appointment of external Auditor (Laterals GLP) was approved for another year. The 2018/19 Board was elected and refreshments were shared amongst attendees. The Board encourages all members to attend the AGM as a way of hearing about and voting on key Society and School arrangements in the areas of governance, finance and compliance.
